Shipping Information

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Processing time may vary due to merchandise availability and/or payment discrepancies. Shipments are based on business days. We do not process/ship orders during the weekends or holidays.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please contact our customer support team.

Some shipments may be packed without shoe boxes. You may request shoe boxes in the notes section when placing your order.

 Cost of Shipping

48 contiguous United Stated rates:

• Free shipping on all orders over $75.00
• $9.95 for standard shipping
• Expedited shipping will be calculated at check out.

 

Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories rates:

•  Rates will be calculated at check out

 

International Rates:

• Rates will before calculated at check out

Undeliverable address: 

If your package is returned to us due to undeliverable/incorrect address, your shipment will be refunded to a gift card less $15 fee.

 

Return Costs are not covered by KAILO. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Packages that with a tracking status as "DELIVERED" but no package is found are to be settled by the customer and the carrier.

 

NOTE: SIGNATURE REQUIRED is an option at additional cost to protect your package. This is always recommended especially when being delivered at an apartment complex, or non-secure home/facility.
