Return Policy

  • Not feeling it after all? No worries! You may return and/or exchange eligible items for a refund or gift card (less cost of shipping) within 30 days of receiving your items by mail or in store.
  • Repack all items with original packaging and packing list.
  • Ship it! You can use any carrier of your choice. KAILO does not cover return shipping cost.

  • Refund will be issued for items purchased at regular price 
  • Store Credit will be issued to items purchased at regular price with use of any discount code, included but not limited to free shipping discount codes.
  • Processing Time is 3-5 business days after return package has been received and fully inspected.
Definitions
  •  Eligible items must meet the below criteria.
  1. Be returned in new/unworn condition with all of its original tags, shoe boxes, bags, accessories etc.
  2. Be a regular priced item with or without the use of discount code.
  3. Be shipped back within 30 days of receiving order.
  • SALE ITEMS are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All SALE items are final sale with or without a discount code. 
  • CLEARANCE ITEMS are not eligible for returns or exchanges. ALL CLEARANCE items are final sale.

    Applicable Fees
    • Eligible orders shipped between 15-30 days of receiving will automatically receive a 20% restocking fee. Anything after 30 days will be rejected and not credited.
    • Non-eligible orders/items will be rejected and not credited or could be resent to you using funds from your refund.

     

    In Store Returns

    • In store purchases can be returned for a refund within 30 days with the original receipt. 
    • All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and must have all tags attached.
    • All Sale and Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned in store.

    Damages and Incorrect Items

    Items are check for quality prior to shipping. If your items was still found damaged, or if the wrong style/color/item was sent, please email KAILOHELP@GMAIL.COM a possible refund or replacement.

     

     

    KAILO is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
