Refund/Return Policy

Online, In-store and Pick-Up Refund/Return Policy

  • Not feeling it after all? No worries! You may return and/or exchange eligible items for a refund or store credit (less cost of shipping) within 14 calendar days of receiving your items by mail or 14 calendar days from date of purchase for in-store/pick up. 
  • Repack eligible items with original packaging and packing list.
  • Ship it! You can use any carrier of your choice. KAILO does not cover return shipping cost.

  • Refund will be issued for items purchased at regular price only. 
  • Store Credit will be issued as requested instead of refund. Store Credit will also be issued to "pick-up" orders failed to be picked up by the 15th calendar from date of purchase. 
  • Processing Time is 1-5 business days after return package has been received and fully inspected.
  •  Eligible items must meet the below criteria.
  1. Be returned in new/unworn condition with all of its original tags, shoe boxes, bags, accessories etc.
  2. Be a regular priced item.
  • SALE ITEMS are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All SALE items are final sale.

    Applicable Fees
    • Eligible orders shipped back between 15-30 days of receiving will automatically receive a 20% restocking fee. Anything after 30 days will be rejected and not credited.
    • Non-eligible orders/items will be rejected and not credited.


    In Store & Pick-Up Returns

    • In store purchases can be returned for a refund within 14 calendar days with the original receipt. This includes "pick-up" orders whether they were picked up or not.
    •  Pick-up orders failed to be picked up by the 14 day timeframe, will be returned and issued store credit on the 15th calendar day.
    • All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and must have all tags attached.
    • All Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

    Damages and Incorrect Items

    Items are check for quality prior to shipping. If your items was still found damaged, or if the wrong style/color/item was sent, please email KAILOHELP@GMAIL.COM for a possible refund or replacement.



    KAILO is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Signature required shipping option is available to avoid lost/stolen packages.
