What is your return and exchange policy?

  • Doesn't fit? No problem! Returns or exchanges are accepted for regular priced. Sale items and jewelry are final sale. Please review our Return Policy

How much do shipping?

    48 contiguous United Stated rates:

    • Free shipping on all orders over $75
    • $9.95 for standard shipping
    • Expedited shipping will be calculated at check out.

     

    Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories rates:

    How long will it take to receive my order?

  • 1-3 business days to leave our facility (excludes weekends and holidays) plus the transit time on the shipping service you choose. 

How do I track my order?

  • Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email that has your tracking number on it. You can also sign in to your account. Once you have signed in, you will be able to view your order information, order status, and tracking information.

International Shipments?

  • We currently offer shipping to United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

What if I didn't get any confirmation emails from KAILO?

  • You should receive an email after you place an order and you will receive another email with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

  • You might also check your spam folder.

  • You may confirm that your order has been processed by signing in to your account. Once you have signed in, you will be able to view your order information, order status, and tracking information.

How can I change or cancel my order?

  • Once your order has been placed, you have 1 hour to cancel or make changes. If past 1 hour, we are unable to cancel/change as it might have already been packed.

Is it safe to use my credit card with KAILO?

  • KAILO takes precautions to protect your credit card information. Our website uses 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption software on pages where customers enter personal information such as their name, address, and credit card information. While on a page using SSL, you may notice a lock or key icon on the bottom status bar of your browser window. This icon indicates that SSL encryption is active.


Will KAILO charge sales tax on my purchase?

  • Sales tax will only be charged to residents living in California, all other locations will be exempt from taxes unless otherwise called for in you county or country. International shipment fees for import are not charged nor covered.

Can I combine discount codes?

  • Discount codes cannot be combined. One discount code per transaction.

Can I use discount codes on sale items? 

  • No additional discounts will be applied for SALE items. SALE items are final sale.
